PRESERVATION PLAN
This document is meant to serve as a tool in the preservation and redevelopment of the Crenwelge/Braun Farm Complex. The farm buildings are an important visual reminder of German immigrants and farming practices in Central Texas and San Antonio. These are general guidelines for development. The Historic and Design Review Commission is responsible for reviewing any alterations to locally designated historic
properties.
The buildings are grouped by their age and importance. Key features of the site are defined and the design guidelines will assist in the sensitive redevelopment ofthe site. The character-defining features outlined in this document should be taken into consideration and incorporated into the new construction and adaptive reuse of the property.
