The Sugar Plantation, with all of the improvements, cattle, &c., thereon, well known as having formerly belonged to Messrs. Toutant & Brothers, in the Parish of St. Bernard, eighteen miles from the city of New Orleans, on the Terre aux Boeufs ridge; together with Fifty Slaves, Mules, Cattle, Implements of Husbandry, &c.
